Senior Client Manager

- Meeting and communicating with clients effectively to determine whether they are a good fit for the company and that we are a good fit for them.

Senior Property Consultant

Objectives:
A Senior Property Consultant is predominantly responsible for taking the clients from the strategy development stage, through to the close. They will be the most senior team members and will need to report only to their respective Operations Manager. This position focuses on high stake sales responsibilities and requires a deep knowledge of the investing and property space. The Senior Property Consultant will sit a minimum of two meetings with the client to develop their investment strategy and further position them for property presentation. They will then need to source the investment, facilitate the expression of interest, conduct the diligence week and close the deal.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Senior Property Consultant is responsible for helping clients purchase investment properties through:
- Meeting and communicating with clients effectively to strategize the most suitable investment direction based on their situation and goals.
- Sourcing the most suitable investment property available, based on the client’s tailored strategy and borrowing capacity
- Developing strong, inter-industry relations to expand your and the company’s professional network. This aims to develop great B2B relationships and grant access to the best investment opportunities available.
- The Senior Property Consultant will be appointed an Associate (CM) who will answer directly to them as well as their Head of Associates. It will be the Senior Property Consultants duty to manage, train, progress and oversee their respective Associate.

Loan Processor responsibilities and duties
- Review initial loan approval and work with borrower to gather appropriate documentation
- Collect all required documentation for the loan package
- Create a loan submission package for the Underwriting department
- Submit files to assigned Underwriter
- Satisfy all conditions when received from Underwriter
- Ensure that approval falls within the established lending guidelines
- Communicate with other professionals, including lawyers, local or regional government clerks and title companies
Qualification
- 6-12 months FHA loan processing experience
- Basic knowledge of underwriting terminology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends
