Our title is introducer which we work with builders, partners and aggregators to receive commissions as an introduction. We currently do not operate our finance internally and work with external brokers. We encourage you to use outside resources and companies to reduce the risk of a conflict never arises, this includes mortgage brokers, financial planners, property managers, conveyancers and more. Maple Property Co Pty Ltd has elected to not offer these services internally to ensure absolute free thinking and an absence of conflicting of interests.
Our primary sources of business funds come from mortgage brokers and builders through external partners. Commissions received can range depending on the chosen investment. Builders and mortgage brokers are common partners who enable us to offer property presentations at no cost, as well as partnership with a senior consultant. It is important to note that a significant portion of our commissions is typically received at a later stage in the process, often after land settlement and commencement of construction this depends on our builder partners payment terms.
